Hey all, lets get this ball rolling. League fees are due before the draft but obviously we missed the boat on that one. I'm setting a date of Nov. 1st
deadline to get all fees in. After that date teams will lose "in good standing" status and will face penalties associated with that. This should be
sufficient time to either setup Paypal or send a cheque.
To get your fees in I prefer if you would all use Paypal.ca.
When setting up at Paypal.ca you should indicate a personal account then enter in all relevant information. After you have an account with Paypal you need to link it to your banking account. If you link to your banking account via an account # then you will NOT have to pay any service fees to transfer money to me. If you make a Paypal account but use a credit card instead through the Paypal system then you WILL be charged a service fee.
The key thing here is that you need to link the bank account number with Paypal and not use a credit card. I would like all GM's to use this method if at all possible. I may look at mandating it for next year. However for this year I will also accept cheques. NO CASH through the mail please as the league will not be responsible for lost/stolen mail.
Once you have your bank account linked you simply need to send the money to my email address using Paypal.
Click on the "send money" tab and use my email address.
